Pink Beauty (Mothers Day Card)

Hello my lovely fellow crafters.

Today's card has to be one of my favourites. Its a beautiful card made for my Mother-In-Law for Mothers day.

*Select your plain card
*Select a coloured card. In my case i had choosen a pretty glittery pink card.
*Cut the card to size. I used a trimmer for this. You want to cut the width just a few centimetre shorter then your white card as this leaves a lovely little boarder and gives it a more personalised look. Cut it half the length of your white card so it will be half coloured and half white.
*Add glue to the back of your coloured card and carefully place this at the top of the white card.
*Now you will need some kind of boarder to separate the 2 halves. I used a beautiful strip of gems.
*Add a bow to the side of your card. I made this bow myself and added a beautiful stone to the centre. I then added some shimmer to the bow using a sparkle pen. This just finishes the whole card off. (If you would like to know how i made this bow then feel free to request a tutorial)
*I added 'Happy Mothers Day' to the bottom right of the card. You can add any words you want here to personalise it to the person it will be gifted or sold to.

And thats it. Done and dusted!

So all in all its a quick, Simple and beautiful card for a lot of occasions.

What other cards would you like to see in the next posts?

Have a brilliant day

Love Sarah x

    1. Im so glad you like it. It literally look like it took a long time to make but it really didnt. I just love how it turned out. You could even emboss the bottom half of the card to give it just a little more design to it x
